  • (Europe) Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden

*Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO or DPO locations.


SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

United Kingdom

Standard shipping (2–5 business days)

 

(America) United States

Standard shipping (3–17 business days)

 

(Europe) Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden

Standard shipping (3–11 business days)

 

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers, most commonly Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and Yodel.  This can vary or change mid-shipping to a locally branded carrier depending on your location.

*Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions or customs clearance.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your selected method and destination.

United Kingdom

Our standard cost for shipping within the UK is £3.49

We offer free shipping on orders over £40.00

 

(America) United States

Shipping costs to US is determined by parcel weight and ranges from $32.00 – $55.00

 

(Europe) Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden

Shipping costs to Europe is determined by parcel weight and ranges from €10.50 – €14.10 (9.00 – 12.00 GBP)

 

*Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT or import taxes upon receipt of orders outside of the United Kingdom where applicable.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by logging into your account.


DELAYS & DELIVERY ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship to an alternative address, in which case you are required to fund shipping.


RETURN-TO-SENDER & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Unclaimed or undeliverable packages returned to us may be eligible for a refund minus the original shipping cost. Re-shipping will incur an additional fee.


ORDER CONFIRMATION & CHANGES

Once your order is placed, it is automatically processed and changes may not be possible. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at orders@bottle-bay.com
